This is a great link to see the oil track forcast.
Weather/Oil Forcast
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has used computer models to estimate the potential threats to U.S. coastlines that might result if oil spilling from the Deepwater Horizon site continues until a relief well successfully stops the flow. Although it is impossible to predict precisely where surface oil will go in the coming months, it is possible to analyze where surface oil is most likely to go by (a) using historical wind and ocean current records; and (b) accounting for both natural processes of “weathering” and human intervention to recover and remove the oil. This Web page will be updated as more information becomes available.

Doug Walz talks about the current situation on Pensacola Beach, shows what tarballs look like, and shows the oil coming up under the water.
This was posted on Wednesday June 23… just on a different blog site. oops.
Hands on update.
Arrived in Mobile AL today. Although this oil disaster is hurting the local environment it seems to be sustaining the local economy. Very few rooms to be had. It’s a good thing I will be moving around over the next two weeks. Because I can only get a room here until Friday.
I have a meeting with a purchaser for a local retailer tomorrow who is looking for a detergent. We will see how things go. I’m sure he will be impressesed. The more I show this product off the more I and everyone else likes it.
Met a wonderful representative of our countries Cost Guard today in the elevator. He works at the Command Center and has agreed to take my name and number to those in charge of attending to the wildlife that need to be cleaned.
No matter what you hear on the news – Keep your chin up and have hope. Hope keeps us focused on solutions. Hope keeps us looking forward to a better day. Hope keeps us connected in the knowledge that no matter how bad things get, there will be restoration.
Don’t forget to pass this blog on to those who have a heart for the Gulf. If you have Gulf Coast contacts who are actively involved in cleanning the wildlife please have them contact me at 863-381-1198. Add your comments and most of all keep the faith. One day this will all be a bad memory. Untill then, step up where and when you can.
Be well,
Doug
Each day there is more news in the media about the escalation of the disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. More oil pouring out, reaching the beaches, fish and birds washing up on shore…and no news about when it will be fixed.
When the earthquake hit the impoverished country of Haiti in January of this year, relief efforts began immediately. Human relief is a known entity. There are organizations established whose sole purpose is to help people who have been affected by earthquakes and disease. Hundreds of thousands of dollars were raised in a short amount of time by concerned world citizens just like you and me giving $5, $10, $20 or whatever they were moved to give.
The course of action is not so clear when it is a man-made disaster that affects ocean life more than people…so far.
Natural Solutions North America has exclusive access to a plant-based, 100% bio-degradable cleaner and dispersant that has been approved by the Florida Environmental Protection Agency. Every $30,000 raised puts 32,000 gallons of cleaner on the beaches and in the hands of the biologists who are cleaning birds and wildlife.*
The course of action just became a lot more clear. Click the “Chip In” button below or on the side to take a stand for cleaning up the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. The fish, dolphins, whales, birds, sea life and future generations who will be able to enjoy the Gulf all thank you.
All donations are 100% tax deductible via the Make it Count Foundation, Inc. a Florida Not-For-Profit Corp. #20-5367324 www.themakeitcountfoundation.org
*While smaller quantities of the cleaner can be purchased, this amount gives us the deepest discount from the manufacturer, maximizing the power of your donation.

From USA Today ONDEADLINE:
As if there wasn’t enough oil pouring into the Gulf of Mexico, satellite images have revealed a 10-mile-long slick from another drilling rig, which apparently began leaking days after the Deepwater Horizon disaster began.
Citing an environmental group and federal documents, the Mobile, Ala., Press- Register reports that the smaller leak, from the Ocean Saratoga platform, apparently began around April 30 and was noted by federal officials May 15. But they and Diamond Offshore officials aren’t saying anything else about it.
The spill was first reported by SkyTruth, which said it accidentally discovered the separate slick while scrutinizing Deepwater Horizon images. Photos taken during overflights “appear to show a large oil crew boat pumping dispersants into the water at the spill site,” the Press- Register writes.
Officials at the National Response Center, which is coordinating the massive BP spill, said the Ocean Saratoga leak had been reported, but they would not say exactly when it began. The Coast Guard has not yet responded either.
The Ocean Saratoga, currently under contract to the Marshall Islands, can operate in water 2,200 feet deep and drill to 25,000 feet.

The quality of this video may not be what you are looking for. Nor is it representing the product we are proposing. We only share this publicly accessible video with you to put into context that this is not a new and untested solution to oil spills.
A detailed computer modeling study released today indicates that oil from the massive spill in the Gulf of Mexico might soon extend along thousands of miles of the Atlantic coast and open ocean as early as this summer. The modeling results are captured in a series of dramatic animations produced by the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and collaborators. A group of Business, Political and Media Experts have teamed up with an international network of Bio-Labs and Scientists. The network of Bio-Labs have been producing a microbial organism that eats oil. This microbial solution has been used by the oil industry for almost two decades. This is not a new microbe or unknown substance. (See video below from the Texas General Land Office)
The team of Business, Political and Media Experts is represented by a Florida Corp who has the distribution agreement with the International Labs.
In essence this product is a non-toxic, non-pathogenic, CLEAN UP solution for the current oil spill. The process involves non-toxic oil eating microbe and/or microbes, as required. It has an end product of fresh water, citric acid, carbon dioxide and biomass, a percentage of which is consumable as fish food. Additionally this biomass, if not consumed as fish food, will drop harmlessly to the sea floor.
We are currently pursuing high level contacts at BP, Federal and State Governors offices. Due to the urgency and the devastating havoc that the oil is now creating as it reaches the Gulf Coast Beaches and environmentally sensitive habitat we are now contacting all County and Parish officials who will be charged with their own clean up efforts.
If you are that person or if you are able to open the door to that person, then we need to talk now.
